This is a couple of days late, as I've been out with a cough, but here's the report on the party for all that want to hear it.
Free sushi. That's my main report. I never feel like paying for sushi outside of expensive buffet's and even though its not the best quality at buffet's, I always load up a plate or two of the stuff, grab a whole lot of wasabi, and clear my nose and tear ducts. I love sushi, especially when its free.
Besides that, we played several games. I was in charge of a "rumor" game where a story had to go through twenty people, one at a time, and become subject to their different interpretations of the original story. One example of a hilarious transmogrification is the word "shoe" became "shoot" and then became "beat." A monkey turned into a bear... how I don't know. But the translation department all sat together and they won every time. No surprise there.
And then there was the raffle. I was fully expecting to get a set of sheets. Useful but not very exciting. Instead I got a woman's watch. I almost felt like complaining, as a I don't have any use for a woman's watch. But then I realized I could score some points with my wife. Thank you Mr. Lehman and company, Chelsea is very pleased.
All around, it was a great time.
Here's the big group picture. I would include the "funny" picture but I look far too funny.
